Description:
This is 2cavity 500ml round PE protein powder bottle mould made by German 2316 stainless steel, because customer request high glossy surface. The mould design in full circle round cooling line around the bottle shape aim to touch good cooling during producing.
The bottle volume 500ml with wide mouth which in mould structure design have air bag and after blowing have to second processing cut the bag to get right mouth bottle
Normally after sale is one year after mould delivery, JINQIU provide technical support all time.Except for the mold damage caused by human reasons, if the parts are damaged, they can be replaced free of charge
Processing:
Make contract→customer finish down payment→customer provide sample or drawing→JINQIU design details product and mould drawing
→customer approve drawing→JINQIU start make mould→JINIQU test mould and provide samples to customer for check→customer approve
samples or need to adjust→after samples confirmed JINQIU inspection and package mould→customer finish balance→JINIQU prepare for shipment
