Yuyao Jinqiu Plastic Mould Co., Ltd. located in Yuyao City,
Zhejiang Province, a city well-known as "Hometown of Moulds" and
"Kingdom of plastic". We specialize in manufacturing high-precision
plastic injection and blow mould, produce injection and blowing
products.

we have a work hard, positive and professional team which have over
30 senior-level technicians. In mould making process the
CAD/CAE/CAM have been used. The mould department equipped with
different kinds of advanced numerical control machines, including
machining center( Taiwan DAH LIH), electricity spark machines(Japan
SODICK), Numerical Control Lathe (Germany DMG), three-coordinate
measure instrument for mould test(Switzerland) and so on. For our
plastic workshop have advanced injection and blowing machines,
The annual capacity is about 600 sets high-precision plastic moulds
(including many big and complex moulds with hot runners ), and the
plastic products is beyond 100 million Pcs. Over half of our moulds
and products have been exported to worldwide, such as America,
Korea, Germany, France, Canada. The domestic customers beyond 400.

Each mould are customized and accept OEM/ODM
when get order from customer we arrange to design product and mould structure drawing provide to customer for check, if any problem need to discuss till approval
if drawing confirmed then start to make mould, sales department take order to workshop and arrange to purchase material and start to processing, mould have rough machining, inspection, precision machining, heat treatment, assemble, inspection to finish
After mould finish take to test running and get samples, inspection department have to check mould situation and sample dimension, performance, function and fitment all fine or not, if ok send to customer for check till get approval.
All above confirm and get information arrange shipment, workshop need recheck mould again and inspection, then package mould in wooden case and arrange for shipment by sea or by air according to customer request
