Description:
This is diameter 30mm screw cover in PP material use in car screw. The mould do in 16cavity suitable work on 160T injection machine.Mould make in hot runner-YUDO brand, core and cavity use heat treatment stainless steel German2344, mould base standard S50C
The mould demould by oil motor automatically drop cap, injection way is top gate point, During mould running on injection machine also can use robot arm pick up the cap and runner to save worker's cost
Operational specifications, regular cleaning and maintenance can make the mold life more longer. When we make mould also provide extra some quick-wear spare parts for customer, such as O ring, ejector pin, water connector, spring and so on which easy to replace basic wearing parts. Normally after sale is one year after mould delivery, JINQIU provide technical support all time.
