Description:
This D28mm syrup bottle cap mould made in China standard S50C mould base, core&cavity steel German2344 surface do heat treatment, hot runner--use YUDO brand, mould cooling lines full circled, mould size can fit for 160T common injection machine,
This cap wide use for syrup bottle and other standard bottle neck, cap have temper proof ring but finish by slitting machine. this structure is simple and high ouput, the mould make time 45workdays after drawing confirmed.
Mould processing by complete steps from design to purchase steel material, first step maching, inspection, precision machining, assemble and test, check samples. The mould steel do heat treatment keep strength and work life.
Operational specifications, regular cleaning and maintenance can make the mold life more longer. When we make mould also provide extra some quick-wear spare parts for customer, such as O ring, ejector pin, water connector, spring and so on which easy to replace basic wearing parts. Normally after sale is one year after mould delivery, JINQIU provide technical support all time.
