Description:
This is diameter 28mm pull push cap up part for glue bottle which material is PE. The mould do in 8cavity suitable work on 120T injection machine. It is cold runner, core and cavity use heat treatment steel German2344, mould base standard S50C, the demould structure by stripper plate which cycle time are 16-18s
The mould injection way is sub gate point, During mould running the cap and runner material drop automatically to save worker's cost
Operational specifications, regular cleaning and maintenance can make the mold life more longer. When we make mould also provide extra some quick-wear spare parts for customer, such as O ring, ejector pin, water connector, spring and so on which easy to replace basic wearing parts. Normally after sale is one year after mould delivery, JINQIU provide technical support all time.
