This D98mm round plastic cap within top emboss logo, the cap desgin inner thread demould by stripper plate which injection cycle time around 20-22s in high daily output
The mould made in standard mould base and cavity steel German2316 surface do heat treatment, cooling lines full circled, mould size can fit for 200-250T common injection machine,
Mould processing by complete steps from design to purchase steel material, first step maching, inspection, precision machining, assemble and test, check samples. The mould steel do heat treatment keep strength and work life.
Operational specifications, regular cleaning and maintenance can make the mold life more longer.
